How do I order?

• Please message me rosehartsweets@gmail.com call or message me on 07808675251 and via twitter, facebook, whatsapp or instagram.
• Once we have discussed your requirements you can arrange payment as per your quote and I will then make your order. For the bouquets I will send you a picture before I post/deliver for your approval.
• You can order a bespoke bouquet which will be handmade to order or I have a few ‘off the shelf’ bouquets – these are still hand made to order but made to a design as pictured.

How do I pay?

Where are you based?

I’m just outside Ashford in Kent

Can I collect from you?

• Yes, you can collect from me.  I also offer local delivery between Ashford and Tenterden on certain days.
• You can also pick up from Forty Seven Home and Party in Marden in Kent on Fridays.

Do you post?

• Yes, most of the bouquets will cost about £6 royal mail first class post, I only post to the UK.
• The price for 6 personalised cookies is £6.00 inc P+P.
• If you want more than 12 personalised cookies please we can discuss the p+p when you order.
• I can also arrange courier delivery for larger orders or if you require a delivery on a particular day.
• Royal mail usually deliver in 3 days, this is not guaranteed and can take longer.
• Please do not hold me responsible if your order doesn’t arrive when you expect it to when it has been delayed in the post.
• I only post to UK addresses, if your delivery address is outside the UK I will cancel your order and refund less an admin fee.

Can I choose the colours of the box and tissue paper?

Yes, I have a range of box colours and tissue paper colours. These are constantly changing due to demand and season, so please do ask for an update.

I don’t see the chocolate I want on your treats page, can I have something that isn’t listed?

Yes of course. I can get almost anything, so just ask for what you want.

How long does it take to make the bouquets?

I usually allow 2-3 days to make the bouquets and get them ready for delivery. If you have a custom order please allow extra time for me to gather the stock. At busier times of the year please order in advance to book your bouquet or baked for you goodies and dispatch slot.

Can you send directly to the recipient?

Yes, you will need to confirm the address I am to deliver to at the time of ordering.

Can you include a message with the bouquet or gift?

Yes, I can include a short message with your gift.
