I have added blackberries to my apple crumble cake for this recipe. I used frozen so they don’t mush and stain the cake as they would if they were freshly picked.
In this recipe I have used a mixture of eating apples.

My Biscoff Brownies proved quite a hit, however it was pointed out that having the Biscoff biscuits adorning the top did not travel well in a lunch box. I have remade them with the Biscoff Biscuits within the Brownies for lunch boxes. The Biscoff biscuits go beautifully soft and add to the gooeyness of the brownie and adding their unique flavour.

I am new to Biscoff spread and I can honestly say I am not disappointed with it!
It adds another dimension to so many yummy things.
In this white chocolate rocky road I have used custard creams. This was a favourite biscuit when I was younger.
